In April 2011 Kinemastik and Stagedive joined forces once again and hosted a concert in a typical band club with Canadian musician, Owen Pallett.
Michael James Owen Pallett (born September 7, 1979) is a composer, violinist, keyboardist, and vocalist from Toronto, Ontario, best known as a solo artist, formerly under the name Final Fantasy.
He won the 2006 Polaris Music Prize for the album He Poos Clouds.
Pallett has gained tremendous respect worldwide for his live performances, but also for his countless contributions with various musicians such as Arcade Fire, Beirut, Grizzly Bear, The Last Shadow Puppets, Mika and Pet Shop Boys.
In fact, he has played violin and made the string arrangements for all 3 Arcade Fire albums, including 2010's Suburbs which won the Grammy for Best Album of the Year.
